Strategic Business Development Manager

R Town Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to acquire new clients, and executing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Liaising with insurers and third-party administrators to provide better services and quotes to clients.
- Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to gather corporate data and administer guidelines for policy issuance and claims servicing.
In addition, the Strategic Business Development Manager will:
- Track competitor activities to stay up-to-date on market trends and take proactive measures to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze client risk portfolios and suggest ways to mitigate losses and maintain a healthy bottom line.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high customer empathy.
- A strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
