We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra HNI clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets, portfolio management, and financial planning. They will be responsible for creating strategic recommendations based on their understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to build trust with our clients and provide them with expert advice on investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with primary focus on generation of broking revenue through Equity / Commodity / Currency market segments.">
  • Recruit, Train & Retain Team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the stated HNI desk.">
  • Submission of periodic MIS reports as per requirements of the business.">
