Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

Company Overview:

Neugene International, Inc. is a leading pharmaceutical company that operates in the region of West Bengal.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team.

Salary: ₹6.00 Lac - 8.00 Lac (negotiable) P.A.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing a high-performing sales team consisting of Area Business Managers and Territory Business Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop a strong sales strategy to drive business growth in West Bengal.
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and expand the customer base.
  • Establish and maintain a robust distribution network to launch new products in the region.
  • Act as a point of reference for sales-related queries and issues, providing timely support to the field force.
  • Review sales data to ensure the field force is up-to-date with company objectives and competitors' products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Sales & Marketing, preferably as a Second Line Manager in Ethical Pharmaceuticals Sales.

He/she should have excellent understanding and working exposure in the field of Respiratory Care.

Prioritizing communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, is essential for this role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Responsible for generating business from existing customers and acquiring new customers to provide immediate stand to the new launched company.

Self-motivated to mentor and motivate his/her team to sell the company's product along with knowledge of business expansion in West Bengal.

Closely involved with the field force to assess the response in field after their daily working to ensure that company's corporate policies and marketing strategies must be followed and implemented in a timely manner.

Taking regular feedback from teammates to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.

Assisting the team from front to let them understand the importance of accomplishment of their annual Sales plan & Target for the organization.

Having good respiratory products knowledge for on-job training to his/her teammates when and where required to enhance their sales performance to achieve the company's objectives.

Education:

The candidate should be preferably a graduate or postgraduate in Science/Pharmacy.
