Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team at Innovators Tech Solutions in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately ₹1,500,000 per annum.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Target Market Identification: Identify target markets, develop customer personas, and uncover potential growth opportunities.
- Brand Positioning: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on content creation, social media, and email marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build relationships with key clients, negotiate deals, and work to increase the sales pipeline and close rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze revenue generation to identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Optimization: Prepare and manage marketing and sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting and Insights: Track and report on metrics related to revenue, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in marketing or related roles, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the IT sector is preferable.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics tools.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate teams.
