**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Workafella. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our partners.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships, identifying new opportunities for partnerships, and strengthening existing ones. You will also be responsible for building professional networks, enforcing contracts, and executing business plans for strategic growth.

You will conduct market research, synthesize reports of business metrics, and negotiate contracts with strategic partners. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to represent Workafella in meetings and serve as a liaison between partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record of successful sales and target achievement
  • Highly motivated and able to function independently within their territory and cross-functional account team
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel is required
  • Master's degree/MBA in Business Management or related field is preferred
