As Strategic Business Development Manager, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services. This may involve showcasing how the offering can meet the enterprise's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts, preparing plans for maximizing revenue, and ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment. You will develop relationships and nurture strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies, and large numbers of F&B brands, leading to faster conversion. A target-oriented approach realizes the company's revenue goals.

Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/or from the B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential. Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/Restaurants are a must. A complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, and operational model is required. Two years of Sales experience is necessary. A high degree of focus, time management, and planning skills are also required.
