We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to join our team at Tech Mahindra.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive sales for ERP, software, or application solutions across US, UK, and Asia markets.
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs.
- Present product demonstrations, provide customized solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in tele sales or business development, specifically in ERP, software, or application sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in international markets (US, UK, Asia).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and handle multiple time zones.
