Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Leader to oversee the operations and performance of our branch in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This full-time position focuses on executive-level leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • More than 10 years of experience in executive-level roles, preferably in the IT sales industry
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B sales and corporate account management
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
  • Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze sales data
  • Good understanding of IT products and software solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the branch operations, including sales, finance, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives and support staff
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the corporate management team to align branch objectives with company goals
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team
