International Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, shaping the future of our company and contributing to its continued success in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of potential leads, ensuring accuracy and consistency within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall sales strategies, fostering effective communication and coordination.
- Support the sales team in preparing high-quality sales materials, presentations, and proposals, participating in sales meetings and client calls to observe and learn from experienced professionals.
- Possess a degree in a relevant field and up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, customer success, or account expansion.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to conduct research and gather contact information effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot/Freshsales, and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the international sales field and be available to join in-office on an immediate basis.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between ₹5-7 LPA + commission on project closures.
