Corporate Sales Manager Job Description

MIVI seeks an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth in national and international markets.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a sales team to achieve targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify potential clients and engage them through presentations and meetings.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect sales.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives.
    • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
