About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Manager to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities through strong relationships and communications with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, students, parents, and sponsors to drive sales opportunities.
  • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to engage confidently with a wide range of audiences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
  • Provide strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Meet challenging targets by working under pressure, to deadlines, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to think creatively and turn problems into solutions or opportunities.
  • Stay adaptable and responsive to changing environments and priorities.
