Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation - Solution Sales professional to join our team at ZestIoT in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling innovative technologies for aircraft turnaround automation, resource optimization, and predictability in operations to airlines and airport operations. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Travel to international locations in Asia will be a part of your role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the aviation industry
  • Understand customer pain points and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Travel to international locations in Asia to meet with customers and promote our solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft turnaround processes and operations
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales or solution selling in the aviation industry
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of our solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales process and tender, RFP process
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field
