The Role

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on solution selling into prospect account bases.
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on complex sales cycles, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop and present financial business cases associated with each sales opportunity, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions, driving successful sales outcomes.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase the uniqueness of our value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Communicate client needs to R&D teams, driving future product enhancements and innovation.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence, staying ahead of the market.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Engineer or Sales Operations/Sales Support role, preferably in the Automotive, Electronics, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numerical data, and a high standard of work delivery.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder, with a passion for driving sales growth.
