About the Role:
The Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. This includes partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent, mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
