Job Overview:

As a Senior Sales Professional at Zen Technologies Limited, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) accounts. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue sales opportunities within CAPF units for our training solutions. You will present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders, ensuring seamless order execution. Additionally, you will achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams as needed. Regular follow-ups and client meetings will be essential for feedback and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CAPF accounts.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within CAPF units.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings for feedback and service enhancement.

Requirements:
  • Experience in defense or government sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and government tenders.
  • Interest in traveling.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields) or in Business/Marketing.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with defense technologies or prior technical sales experience is an added advantage.
