Executive Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Neugene International, Inc. in Kolkata and Hyderabad. This role requires frequent travel and the candidate should be willing to devote 90% of their working time to outstation field work/travel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing as a regional business manager or second-line manager in ethical pharmaceuticals sales with good companies dealing in respiratory care and having a wide range of products.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Create and develop a high-performing sales team of ABMs (Area Business Managers) and TBOs (Territory Business Officers)
- Mentor and motivate the team to sell company products and expand business in West Bengal
- Establish a strong distribution network for launching new pharmaceutical companies and products in West Bengal
- Review sales data to ensure the field force is up-to-date on company objectives and competitors' products
- Closely involve with the field force to assess response to daily work and ensure company policies and marketing strategies are followed
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. A graduate or postgraduate degree in science/pharmacy is preferred.
This is a challenging role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual compensation for this position is around Rs. 6.00 Lac - 8.00 Lac (negotiable), depending on the candidate's profile and presentation during the interview.
