The Banquet Sales Executive is a key role in driving revenue growth by selling banquet and event services. As a Senior Event Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, planning and coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet the restaurant's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and pursuing corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other special occasions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners through site visits, presentations, and tailored proposals.
  • Work closely with the restaurant's culinary, service, and operations teams to plan menus, layouts, and logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Manage contracts, payments, and event-related documentation, providing consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales and event planning process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banquet/event sales, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, highly organized with attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
