We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth through lead generation, proposal development, and deal closures.
About the RoleEstimated Salary: ₹12 lakhs - ₹18 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Location: Onsite, Delhi NCR
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and other channels to expand Nativebyte's client base.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other materials required for client engagements.
- Sales Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients, ensuring timely communication and a seamless sales process.
- Sales Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to tailor proposals and meet client requirements.
- Education: MBA (preferably) with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent OR a good understanding of softwares.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in software sales, with a strong record of lead generation and sales closures.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of software products and services, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meet sales targets, and close deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, understand client needs, and craft tailored proposals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: ₹12 lakhs - ₹18 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
