Job Title: Bid Manager

As a Bid Manager at IGT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing sustainable and commercially viable products that meet customer needs. Your expertise in understanding customer requirements and making capability presentations will be essential in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product development team to create innovative solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and develop effective capability presentations.
  • Exposure to Analytics, AI, and Gen AI work streams.
  • Good understanding of Pricing Models, Estimations, and Resource Loading sheets.
  • Exposure to Digital Engineering, Data Analytics, and AI-ML technical domain.
  • Manage stakeholders and build out solution responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP from prospects.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities.
  • Prepare presales proposals and train other presales bid team members.
  • Proven success in presales of software solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide clarifications and answers to customer queries.
  • Carry out Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how in-house IT solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to System and Processes.
  • Conduct demos of in-house products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer business, applications, and converting business needs into viable technical solutions.
  • Relevant industry experience preferably in Travel & Hospitality Vertical.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
  • Solution-oriented analytical skills.
  • Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
  • Well-versed with Excel and relevant bid Management tools.
