Medical Oncology Territory Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Medical Oncology Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at Astellas Pharma. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the Oncology segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Decision Makers (KDMs), and other stakeholders in the oncology community.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales approaches and optimize territory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical, and PV, to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Provide regular updates and insights to Line Managers on territory performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Oncology/Solid Tumor segment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting business objectives and consistently delivering results.
- Domain knowledge proficiency in cancer and relevant disease areas.
- Experience working with innovative products and promotion strategies is desirable.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Excellent customer relations skills and ability to adapt to changing medical developments.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
