Oncology Territory Manager

Astellas Pharma is seeking a highly motivated Oncology Territory Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Chennai and will play a critical part in driving business growth and expansion in the oncology segment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled sales professional with a proven track record of success in the oncology space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined territory, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify unmet needs of oncologists and provide solutions through exemplary disease area and product knowledge
- Establish strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business outcomes
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to bring innovative solutions to the market
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oncology segment
- Proven track record of success in meeting business objectives
- Domain knowledge proficiency in cancer and related diseases
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A competitive salary range of ₹10 lakhs - ₹15 lakhs per annum
