At Smart Work Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong relationships with retailers and driving sales growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing your territory and delivering business and fundamental plans to top retailers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAILERS AND DEVELOP JOINT BUSINESS PLANS TO DELIVER SALES GROWTH
  • MANAGE TERRITORY AND DELIVER BUSINESS AND FUNDAMENTAL PLANS TO TOP RETAILERS
  • PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS AND UPDATES ON SALES ACTIVITIES, MARKET TRENDS, AND COMPETITOR MOVEMENTS

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • FMCG Sales experience
  • Distributor Sales experience
  • Secondary Sales experience
  • Primary Sales experience
  • Team Handling experience

In return, we offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
