FMCG Sales Professional

At Sarvajith Infotech, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the success of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and approach new potential customers to expand our customer base and increase product distribution.
- Sales Performance: Meet sales targets and KPIs by effectively pitching product offerings to customers and closing sales deals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maximize sales potential and market share.
- Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers to ensure profitable sales transactions.
- Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to the management team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
