Marketing Territory Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with 4-6 years of experience to manage our territory-level marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in BTL initiatives and be able to execute on-ground marketing activities.
About the Role:The successful applicant will be responsible for mapping all outlets dealing in Eastman's products within their designated territory. They will also oversee the timely execution of brand and marketing campaigns at the territory level, ensuring that they are executed on-brand and on-cost.
- Mapping of all outlets dealing in Eastman's products in the designated territory.
- Timely ground-level execution of all brand and marketing campaigns at the territory level, on-brand and on-cost.
- Monitor and track competitor activity in the area in terms of trade offers, schemes, consumer promotions, price changes etc.
- Ensure execution hygiene for routine audits.
- Develop and manage local vendors for the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Organizing periodic trade meets as required by regional sales.
- Maintaining track of marketing inventory and assets at the territory level.
- Preparing execution reports for periodic review.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing brand visibility at a local level.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the trade community.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, BTL Marketing activation, road shows, exhibitions, and Events, preferably in the power industry. You should also have experience in Inverter, battery, ER Battery, and Li-Ion Battery.
