Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for building business along with our sales team, creating brand visibility among Key Opinion Leaders, and ensuring operations compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business along with the sales team by establishing strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and corporates.
- Create brand visibility among Key Opinion Leaders through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure operations compliances, including price and discounts integration, logistics integration, sales and marketing integration, and productivity.
- Responsible for revenue growth and ensuring all required reports are submitted on time.
- Support internal and external clients' needs and mentor staff to attend internal and external trainings.
- Ensure trade best practices and sales discipline are followed throughout the territory.
- Oversee academic activities by organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, Refresher Training Modules (RTMs), and conferences on recent advances.
- Focusing on new initiatives and competition tracking to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the medical industry and sales territory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
