Road Marking Territory Sales Manager

In this exciting role as a Road Marking Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales volume, value, and growth targets in your assigned territory for the renowned paint manufacturer, 2coms. Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining a database of road construction companies, government bodies, contractors, and dealers in your territory, converting them into valuable channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, government officials, and dealers, to drive sales growth.
* Provide functional expertise and mentorship to the internal sales team.
* Prepare and manage sales forecasts for your territory, ensuring business pipeline growth.
Requirements:
* 4-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the construction chemical or cement industry.
* Postgraduate degree in marketing management or a related field.
* Strong communication and selling skills, with the ability to convert products into business opportunities.
