Sales Lead Role Overview

At Brick&Bolt, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to oversee all sales activities within assigned territories. This critical role ensures efficiency in achieving sales targets by maintaining consistent communication with customers, identifying new sales leads, and developing data-driven strategies to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions promptly.
  2. Sales Activity Management: Monitor and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory to ensure effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  3. Prefixed Meetings: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to capitalize on in-house generated leads and ensure seamless handovers for prefixed meetings.
  4. Sales Lead Identification: Proactively seek out new sales leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data-driven insights to develop efficient processes, enhancing the overall customer experience and streamlining operations.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Craft robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals, adapting them as needed based on market dynamics.
  7. Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on business leads and referrals, demonstrating commitment and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
  8. Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition effectively and influencing purchasing decisions positively.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/Real Estate industry.
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers, fostering a culture that promotes perpetual improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The capacity to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
