We are a dynamic staffing agency seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Job Overview

The role involves engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned territory, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients in alignment with company policies and objectives.

Requirements

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill) adept at presenting products and services clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
  • Sales Strategy strong understanding of sales principles and strategic approaches to maximize market penetration and sales volume.
