Job Opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in North Chennai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with distributors, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial and trade sales targets for all distributors in the specified geography, ensuring long-term success of Red Bull strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, implementing and aligning sales fundamentals to maximize growth potential.
  • Monitor distributor claims, inventory management, warehouse hygiene, automation, and reporting development at the distributor end related to the category.
  • Recruit, train, and develop frontline field force (3rd Party, Distributors) in the area, proposing and executing incentivization programs for key deliverables.
  • Plan and execute marketing-aligned activations for the specified geography, customers, and channels in line with company objectives.
  • Align with Field Marketing Team on sales drives, event sales, and activations across channels, ensuring all relevant outlets within a specific geography are serviced and merchandised by distributors each month.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Higher education required.
  • 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience, handling distributors and frontline field force.
  • Good understanding of the North Chennai territory and basic leadership qualities.
  • Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills, as well as analytical ability and logical thinking.
  • Possession of passion for the Brand and willingness to travel 10-20%.

Salary Estimate: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
