Key Responsibilities

Distribution Network Development:

  • Identify and appoint new distributors across the assigned territory to ensure seamless product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and improve distribution operations to maximize reach and customer satisfaction.

Route Agent Management:

  • Recruit and oversee route agents to ensure effective last-mile delivery and optimal market coverage.
  • Monitor and improve route efficiency and performance to maximize reach.

Wholesale Distributor Engagement:

  • Develop relationships with wholesale distributors to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage order placements and inventory to ensure adequate supply at the wholesale level.

Frozen/Long Shelf Life Expansion:

  • Explore opportunities in the frozen and long-shelf-life product categories to expand market penetration.
  • Identify and onboard distributors specializing in these segments to enhance our offerings.

Territory Coverage:

  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of Greater Chennai and its urban agglomerate areas through indirect channels.
  • Maximize product reach and customer satisfaction in the region.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-9 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or relevant sectors.
  • Strong understanding of distribution management and wholesale operations.
  • Ability to manage relationships with distributors and agents.

Estimated Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on location and experience).
