Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage strategic client relationships and grow our presence in the South India region. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large portfolios within the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas that align with Kaizenat business objectives for Mid-Market/SMB clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their simulation needs and providing tailored ANSYS solutions.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team, evaluate performance, and provide necessary training to improve individual and team success.

Key Performance Indicators: Ensure individual and regional sales targets are met, forecast quarterly and annual revenues, and review the budget for regional operations.

Salary: ₹15-20 lakhs per annum (approximate), depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales (such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, Altair, COMSOL, MSC, etc.) within the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
