We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Operations Manager to oversee our linen management operations across multiple client sites within a designated geographic area. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and customer-focused service delivery skills.

About the Role:

  • Operational Management: Oversee linen management operations for multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and supervisors, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address concerns, resolve issues promptly, and identify client needs for value-added services.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for linen operations, monitor expenses for cost-effectiveness and profitability, and generate periodic reports on financial and operational performance.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within the territory, collaborate with the sales team to secure new contracts, and build relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct regular audits and inspections to minimize risks, and implement corrective actions for identified gaps.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, linen management, operations, or a related domain.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with FM software/tools.
  • Competencies: Customer-focused approach, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment:

On-site visits to client locations, office-based work for administrative and reporting tasks, and may require travel within the territory.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6-10 LPA, based on industry standards and the candidate's qualifications.
