You will be accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insurance branches or sales teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services and achievement of business objectives.
- Sales Performance: Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing business strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, addressing customer concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as IMF registration and IRDA regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance operations, sales, or management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of insurance operations, sales, and regulatory requirements.
- Competitive Salary: ₹20,00,000 per annum.
