Job Summary

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our team at Akshya Patra Services. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of our organization, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Presentation and Sales: Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers, negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Market Research: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
  • Industry Events and Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge and CRM: Excellent knowledge of the industry and market trends, proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Exceptional customer relationship management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
