About the Job:

At BenQ India Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a seasoned professional to drive our sales and marketing strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel and key account sales, as well as experience in the IT industry with relevant area coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create sales forecasting reports and manage the sales pipeline to drive market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams to drive sales through channel partners and named accounts.
  • Manage and coach a team of Regional Directors to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel and key account sales.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry with relevant area coverage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
