Role: Territory Sales Manager
Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading telecom service provider in India, offering pan-India voice and data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through distribution, contributing to the company's mission to create a digitally empowered India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute distribution strategies at the channel-partner level to achieve sales targets for all products, including voice-prepaid/post-paid, data, VAS, and handsets.
- Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel and ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
- Track competition schemes and programs, and execute promotional activities to drive sales and build market credibility.
- Manage and drive sales growth in the given territory, ensuring market leadership through growth in gross numbers and revenues.
- Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products and drive distribution and MPESA KPIs delivery.
- Manage DSEs, set targets, and ensure adherence to DSE beat plans, systems, and formats.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in distribution planning and channel implementation.
- Graduation is essential, with a full-time post-graduation in business management or MBA being desirable.
