Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Benq India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and area coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to both channel and named accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Regional Directors (RDs) and sales staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives to expand our market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external distributors and partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance against targets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel and key account sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
