Senior Sales Operations Manager

The Piramal Group is a leading global enterprise with diverse interests in healthcare and pharma. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales operations in the area.
As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, product awareness, and visibility in the region. Your key objectives include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Managing a team of sales professionals to ensure consistency in primary and secondary sales
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and preparing deliverables for team members
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Area Sales Team, ZHR, Business Training, Commercial Officer, and HO support functions. External stakeholders include Retail Outlets, Distributors, and CFAs.
Reporting directly to the Zonal Business Manager, this role requires:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/OTC/pharma Industry
- Extensive sales experience and proven track record in managing a large sales force
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
