Job Title: Area Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BenQ India Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
- Channel and Account Management: Drive sales through established channels and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in channel and key account sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Previous experience in the IT industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage sales across a defined area or region.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve their goals.
