Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Create and oversee sales forecasts, performance reports, and sales pipeline management.

Channel and Account Management:

  • Drive sales through established channels and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external distributors and partners to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance BenQ's market share by executing sales strategies and managing sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in channel and key account sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
