About the Job:
- We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager of Sales to develop and implement our sales and marketing strategy.
- This role will involve creating sales forecasting reports and managing the sales pipeline to drive our company's market share expansion.
- Your collaborative approach will be essential in coordinating with both external distributors and our internal sales and marketing Drive sales through channel partners and named accounts.
- Manage and coach a team of Regional Directors (RDs) to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional Proven experience in channel and key account sales.
- Previous experience in the IT industry with relevant area coverage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
