We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in Varanasi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building robust client relationships, and driving the achievement of sales targets.

This role also involves team leadership, infrastructure development, and channel management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Baby Hug business across Karnataka.

- Lead the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

- Conduct regular reviews with the team to monitor progress and ensure alignment with targets.

Team Management & Training:

- Recruit, mentor, and train Sales Executives (SEs) and In-store Representatives (ISRs) to ensure optimal team performance.

- Provide on-the-job and off-the-job training to develop team skills and capabilities.

Channel Management & Infrastructure Development:

- Manage distributor channels and develop infrastructure to support business growth.

- Monitor and enhance distributor performance through effective planning and execution.

Operational Excellence:

- Budget, forecast, and plan inventory requirements for the area.

- Diagnose sales issues using data analysis and provide actionable solutions.

- Control operational costs while achieving KPIs and maintaining profitability.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory-level sales role, preferably as an Area Sales Manager.

Skills:

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing sales trends and issues.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations
