**Job Title:** Regional Manager
**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in their assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and bank branches
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members
**Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
