Contact Center Manager Position at Shobiz Experiential Communications Pvt Ltd



About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at Shobiz Experiential Communications Pvt Ltd. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and service-oriented work environment by monitoring employee performance and taking necessary actions to motivate team members when required.



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Manage a team of contact center representatives directly and direct their activities for the achievement of contact center targets and goals.
  2. Develop and supervise a team of representatives and prepare their performance reports.
  3. Develop new lead targeting schemes and scripting for the optimization of existing programs.
  4. Monitor team performance to ensure that the contact center goals are met and support contact center quality and training efforts.
  5. Measure and demonstrate group productivity as well as individual reports related to customer outcomes.
  6. Identify and articulate reporting requirements, which includes targets, specific data, and anticipated outcomes.
  7. Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of various programs for the improvement of contact center processes.
  8. Write and conduct performance evaluations, make employment decisions, set up performance goals and targets for assigned team.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree with fluent English.
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a Contact Centre preferably from Event Industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and excellent management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.


Working Hours:



General Office Hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday) (No Shifts)
