Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Contact Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Contact Center AI solutions using Google Cloud CCAI products and Dialogflow framework.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Google Cloud CCAI products and Dialogflow framework.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical expertise and guidance on Contact Center AI implementation and deployment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Google Cloud CCAI products and underlying architectures.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP concepts, Unix/Linux administration, and client-server protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Google Cloud CCAI products and Dialogflow framework.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center AI technologies and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
