Channel Development Manager

The primary focus of the Channel Development Manager is to establish and grow our business in various channels. This includes managing existing channels, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives who are responsible for building relationships with Dealers and driving sales growth.
  • Identify and appoint new Dealers in unrepresented areas, and work with them to ensure they meet our sales and service expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, including pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Operations, to drive business growth and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably channel sales of Ayurvedic products or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Dealers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 15-18 days per month.
