This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Executive located in Indore. The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, working cross-functionally with teams to develop proposals, and driving initiatives to increase revenue. This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team to design and implement strategic marketing plans and preparing regular sales reports for management.
- Business development and sales experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Experience in preparing proposals and business plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets is a plus
- Experience in the content creation or media industry is a plus
