The Role:

Were looking for a Head of Growth whos not just hunting for a job but wants to build, grow, and own something meaningful from the ground up. This role is initially remote-friendly with an equity-based structure and commission for the first 3 months, leading to a permanent position based on performance.

As our Head of Growth, youll:

- Design and execute creative, high-impact growth strategies
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue through innovative techniques
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to hit ambitious goals
- Implement growth hacking and performance marketing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and scale operations efficiently
- Be part of shaping the direction and culture of a young, ambitious company

Who You Are:

- Passionate about building something bigger than just a paycheck
- Skilled in growth marketing, sales, and business development
- Analytical and data-driven but also creative and scrappy
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelors in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in business consulting or startups is a bonus
