As a key player in our organization, the Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving customer acquisition in Broadband businesses to ensure base growth. This role involves managing the quality of new customers and revenue streams, while also leading the design and execution of "go-to-market" strategies for our entire product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition in Broadband businesses ensuring base growth
  • Manage quality of acquisition of new customers, managing base and scaring revenue
  • Lead the design of and execution of "go to market" strategy for the entire product portfolio
  • Drive extraction & utilization of broadband assets through innovative approach
  • Direct implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness
  • Track competition and pricing
  • Drive One Airtel plan for Broadband channel

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA degree required
  • Work experience: 4-7 years in marketing & distribution
