Enterprise Sales Development Representative

As an Enterprise SDR, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, creating excitement, and scheduling product demonstrations that drive revenue growth.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise SDR at OPSWAT, your primary objective is to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by identifying key players and strategic accounts, researching their business requirements (BANT), and presenting tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle. You will also nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage with our field sales team. Your Key Responsibilities- Manage, qualify, and prospect to inbound and outbound marketing leads through targeted initiatives, utilizing a strong initial discovery conversation to identify use cases and offer relevant solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to document conversations and qualifications in a clear manner, ensuring accurate activity and lead qualification information.
- Cold call prospects generated by various sources, consistently mastering your trade through learning and education across all OPSWAT products and the cybersecurity industry.
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales representative.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches to drive revenue growth.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of business development and prospecting success through effective use of core sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with distributed sales teams and peers.
- Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, achieving production goals from assigned territories or sets of accounts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
